Meet Jon
Jon Kelch is a facilitator and coach at General Motors’ innovation incubator- iHub. He has provided presentation training to various levels within GM ranging all the way to Executives and Vice Presidents.
Jon is a former senior instructor with the Dale Carnegie corporation where he taught and coached leadership, communication and presentation skills.
During his tenure at Dale Carnegie, Jon was ranked the #1 Instructor in the U.S. and #4 globally.
One of Jon’s main goals it to help people overcome the fear of speaking in public.
Jon has extensive insight into adult learners’ understanding and information processing. He is competent in developing business relationships with leadership and subject matter experts to analyze end user requirements tied to business objectives. Experienced in assessing and identifying performance gaps and recommending solutions to leadership. Experienced in designing and facilitating solutions for all levels of a corporation. A veteran presenter able to educate and entertain.
